'Casa de Carolina' is a Meditteraneo-IV style three-bedroom villa set in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful park.

The property boasts its own swimming pool with outside shower, front patio, a spacious lounge, an individual kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Being south facing it benefits from all day sunshine to the pool and garden area.

All three bedrooms are of double size specification and have fitted wardrobes as standard finished in light oak.

The twin bedroom on the ground floor, which is serviced by the downstairs bathroom, is ideal for the older person who is not inclined to climb the stairs. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, which share the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other has a king-size bed.

For the sun worshiper the master bedroom has it's own private sun terrace overlooking the tranquil park, the perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast or a drink before bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all essential appliances and features light oak fittings finished with solid marble worktops.

The lounge, which features an open fireplace with chimney, is tastefully decorated with a lounge suite, coffee table and satellite television and dining suite.

There is a large solarium roof terrace which boasts spectacular views of the coast and mountains, that lends itself to sunbathing and dining alike. It was the solarium with its unrivalled views that made us fall in love with the villa.

The villa has a video entry system from the street, security shutters, and valuables safe and off road parking for up to four vehicles.

Torre de la Horadada is located 30 minutes south of the city of Alicante and lies nestled between 7 award winning Blue Flag Beaches and 4 world famous Championship Golf Courses.

The bustling towns of Pilar de la Horadada and Torrevieja are within a few minutes drive of Torre de la Horadada. Both are major commerce centres featuring an abundance of banks, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and sports centres.

Torre de La Horadada and its surrounding areas are a paradise for golfers. There are several world famous championship golf courses, such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Marquesa, La Finca and notably La Manga, most of which are within a ten-minute drive.

The excellent standard of these courses is proven by frequent visits of The King of Spain. All courses are challenging in their own way, some park like, others with plenty of hazards and those devilish gorges that are typical to golf courses in Spain.

Each course is of championship length (18 holes), and are less crowded than most. At Costa Blanca every golfer is sure to find the course of their dreams. Even at this moment several new golf courses are being built within the area.

The green fees and equipment hire for each course is very reasonable with the recommendation that scheduled rounds are booked in advance. Course maps, prices and guides are available on request from ourselves.

Bars & Restaurants:
Torre de la Horadada and its sister town Pilar de la Horadada have a large number of pleasant bars and restaurants to suit every taste, serving every dish imaginable from International cuisine to simple local delicacies.

Two of the most popular areas for eating and drinking are the Latino quarter and 'La Torre' square, both of which are within walking distance of the Villa.

Water Parks:
There are two water parks within the Costa Blanca region. Benidorm offers Aqualandia and Torrevieja offers Aquapolis. The Aquapolis Water Park is within a ten-minute drive of the Torre de la Horadada.      
Theme Parks:
Terra Mitica is a brand new Costa Blanca theme park that opened in July 2000. The park is located in the outskirts of Benidorm, which is a forty-five minute drive from Torre de La Horadada.The park is owned and run by Warner Brothers and is suitable for ages of 10 and over.

Watersports:
Club Nautico is the home of water sports in Torre de la Horadada. The club has a private harbour, where mooring points can be leased at reasonable rates (maximum draft 3.5m).

The Club offers vessel hire, equipment hire and lessons in every discipline of water sports from snorkelling to amateur sea faring.

Many of the beaches in the area have water sports facilities, including jet ski, wind surfing, snorkelling and sub aqua schools.

Twenty minutes south of Torre de la Horadada lies the unique Mar Menor peninsula. The peninsula is two hundred metres wide with the Mediterranean on one side and the Mar Menor lake on the other. The Mar Menor offers some of the best water sport facilities and conditions in Spain.

Two Hundred Metres to the front of Torre de la Horadada are the Blue Flag Beaches of Playa Mil Palmeras, Playa del Rio, Playa del Gato, Playa de los Jesuítas-Cala Rincón, Playa del Conde o del Cuartel, Playa del Puerto, Playa de las Villas, Playa de las Higuericas and Playa del Mojón.

Picture expansive white sand for as far as the eye can see being lapped by the crystal blue sea and you'll imagine each of these beautiful beaches.

Each of these unspoilt beaches have parking and shower facilities, water sports, safety bathing signs and best of all - tapas bars. These truly are the best beaches along the Torrevieja coast.

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit will become payable, equal to 25% of the rental price.

Please note that a key and damage deposit of £100 will be retained and only refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the villa and return of keys.

Eight weeks prior to arrival, the balance, together with the damage deposit will become payable.

The end of stay clean of the villa is included in the price. Should you wish for the villa to be cleaned during your stay this can be arranged.

A welcome pack can be ordered at the time of booking, the cost is dependent on the items ordered and is payable locally to our agent on your arrival.

Airport transfer can be arranged for you, the cost is dependent on the size of the party and is paid locally by yourselves direct to the company
